Hey, I am too knackered to post very much, but I am sure the lads with be along soon to add some more stuff (carb depletion, llast day! oh man how people do Atkins, I have no idea!) Check out this thread! Your calories from whey may add quite a bit, but I am a big advocate of eating whole natural foods! What are you cutting for? Anything in particular? http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/diets-nutrition/11769-southcoast-girl-diet-good-posts-low-carb-diet-fat-loss.html |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Sounds like you have done some work! Sounds like you have done some of your homework. I always think loads of veg in the diet is quite good, I am a big fan of baby new potatoes, sweet potatoes and whole grains, like brown rice, barley, whole oats, and a few weird ones like buckwheat, quinoa, spelt, amaranth! I am sure Scott will be along soon to tell you to cut your carbs, which I think is a good diet plan for those who have eaten loads of CRAP hydrogenated foods for a long time! There is also some good information in the 'permanent threads' at the top of this forum, and this thread is getting interesting too! I'll put the link in the next post! Not all agree with me, but I think doing the weighing everything and counting cals, g of protein, fat and carbs is one of the only ways to permanently sort out your diet. After awhile you can 'eyeball' stuff and figure out how much you are eating in your head! I think there are a couple of online calorie counters on this site too! And felicity posted me one as well, the darling! DO YOUR HOMEWORK! |
