Accumeasure does these cheap white plastic calipers that are quite good down to about 13% for women, less for men (I think). Don't take Clembuterol and then enter a natural comp...........................DOH!!!!! There are enough herbal fat burners that work if YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN LOADS OF DRUGS To lose that amount of weight in a healthy manner you would need about 6-7 months. Any faster and you will lose lean muscle mass as well and have the skin hanging off you! So you won't look tight! GEt a body fat percentage FIRST!!!! Otherwise you are just guessing at stuff | |

| bashing the bishop | this is totally possible for you. i am of the opinion that when trying to lose weight but keep muscle you should go as heavy as you can on the compound exercises. imo the body starts to shed muscle when it feels that you dont use it anymore. some say keep the reps high but to me this screams of overtraining when you are cutting back the calories |
