T5 and cardio

Hi guys i am new to the site so hello to you all.
I have recently been training very hard on my cardio, trying to drop my weight. I focus pretty much on cardio as i am trying to join HM forces. Am i all right to do hard cardio sessions on T5 stacks? Is their any benifit? will the stack improve my endurance or simply mean running without it i will useless? Ive read alot about using it to cut up but what about using when doing serious cv training?

Personally I'd stay clear of them, they're are good for weight loss and energy but when you're not taking them you won't have the same levels of energy and will find it harder doing cardio in the HM forces. Unless you can take them when you're in the HM forces I wouldn't bother. I found when taking them I lost my apetite quite considerably hence them being good for weight loss which isn't good for what you wanna do!
