![]() | I am 6'3" tall and have recently lost over 2 1/2 stone. Iam currently 13st 7lbs. I am new to building and I am fairly pleased with the way things are shaping up except that final flap of fat covering the lower tummy. I work out 3 times a week for about 1 hr and 15 mins exercising all aspects of the body. For the last 2 weeks I have been doing a fast 30 min walk each day during my lunch hour. My diet is as follows. Approx Breakfast 2 shredded wheat with an added spoon of flax seed and linseed, honey, chopped banana and skimmed milk Mid morning a slice of homemade brown bread and a veggie cuppa soup Lunch brown bread and tuna and a 0% fat yoghurt Evening meal-- usually pasta or baked potatoe. I also consume approx 2 bananas and 3-4 medium sized apples per day. Recently I have upped my water intake to 2 litres a day. Any advice ?????? Last edited by Terry Reihill; 02-02-2006 at 02:48 PM. |
