Question Fat removal help

I am 6'3" tall and have recently lost over 2 1/2 stone. Iam currently 13st 7lbs. I am new to building and I am fairly pleased with the way things are shaping up except that final flap of fat covering the lower tummy. I work out 3 times a week for about 1 hr and 15 mins exercising all aspects of the body. For the last 2 weeks I have been doing a fast 30 min walk each day during my lunch hour.
My diet is as follows. Approx
Breakfast 2 shredded wheat with an added spoon of flax seed and linseed, honey, chopped banana and skimmed milk
Mid morning a slice of homemade brown bread and a veggie cuppa soup
Lunch brown bread and tuna and a 0% fat yoghurt
Evening meal-- usually pasta or baked potatoe.
I also consume approx 2 bananas and 3-4 medium sized apples per day.
Recently I have upped my water intake to 2 litres a day.
Any advice ??????

welcome to the board terry...

i can see a problem the problem is your diet, where is the protein? protein builds muscle which in turn will increase your metabolism and help burn fat.
a better diet would be:
-75g oats with an added spoon of flax seed and linseed, honey, chopped banana + 2 scoops of whey protein
-Meal Replacement Drink
-200g chicken with 150g wholemeal rice
-Tuna Salad + 1tbsp of olive oil or UDO's oil
-PWO drink
-200g Lean steak or Salmon along with Veg

this diet is just off the top of my head Terry but if you let me know what parts of it you have a issues with we can alter it to help you achieve your goals.
