![]() | is this cutting strategy ok ive been dieting for 2 weeks week1 takeaway 100 cals and add another meal of just chicken breast it is still -100 cals even with chicken breast i lost 1 pound of fat week 2 add cardio 3 times a week half an hour each time lost 1 pound of fat week3 take half dose of fat burner week4 cardio 45 mins per session week5 cut cals 200 week 6 cardio 4 times a week week 7 increase fat burner to full week 8 cardio 5 times a week week9 carb deplete then carb load is this strategy ok im not cutting for competition im hoping to compete next year so i want to see how my cutting goes. |
