Diet help plz.

Hey guys, hope u had a hppy new year. this is how my diet looks at the moment, what do you guys think any ways i can improve it. im a student.

I live at home in a pakistani family so eat two meals with the family cant change them.

Meal 1 8:30:

2 Scrambled Eggs
2 piece toats.

Meal 2 9:30: Weight gain shake called Mammoth about 600 calories 40gram protein

10:30 Training time

Meal 3 11:45: Post work out shake Mammoth about 600 calories 40gram protein

Meal 4 13:00: mums food, Chicken, salad. Boiled rice.

Meal 5 3:00: Jacket potaot, tuna+sweetcorn.

Meal 6: 6:00: Tuna+sweetcorn in Brown bread.

Meal 8: 8:00: mums food, Chicken, salad 2 chapatis.

Meal 9: Mammoth about 600 calories 40gram protein in Milk.

10:30 Bed time.

Whilst I dont know your weight or the serving sizes, I'd say that actually looks pretty good mate. Clean food, a good gainer and well spaced meals. Probably a bit short on healthy fat but otherwise not bad. Only comments are:

- I would have a larger breakfast - more eggs, and some fruit at least. Its the most important meal of the day!

- Its a little repetitive, I'd try to change the foods around a bit.

- Add some healthy fats.

- I have no idea what chapatis are :confused: so I'm not sure if those are good or not.

what are healthy fats?

chaptis are like naan bread, you can say they are a bit like tortilla wraps.

when u say repetive what would u take out and what would you add?
