cardio

am i ok doing cardio, e.g. rowing maching for like 30 mins 45 mins then go straight to the weights on my 4 days training or shud i only do cardio on the days rest?

in my opinion the best time would be to do cardio either after weights or first thing in the morning.

This is better for two reasons..

1. Will minamise negative effect on strength exercises.
2. You prodomitly be using Body Fat for energy as you will either have no carbs in the body(am cardio) or you will have minamum carbs in the body for energy (Post workout cardio)

im doing cardio first thing in the morning now, at 65% heart rate. but how long should i do this for i just want to lose BF

ive been changing it around the guy who owns this new gym competes v.big guy, been goig through it with him he says i hould just swap it around like 2 cardio exercises either before after or both ...... i dont have time in morning due to early start at work every morning i dont wanna be going bed at 9:00pm jus to hit my cardio earlier like
