fight club build

hi guys ive always thought that brad pitts build in fight club was good its got that look girls want sexy, athletic and lean. ive been trying to get to this look for a while not for the girls but as i feel naturally this build and low bf is what i can achieve and maintain . after a long google search here is the fight club workout from brad pitts trainer i think brad did it for 5/7 months before the film what do you guys think of it .
Monday - Chest
3 - bench press 40,50,90
3 - nautilus press 45,55,65
3 - nautilus incline press 55,65,70
3 - pec deck machine 40,45,50
Tuesday - Back
3 - 5 pull ups
3 - seated rows 75,80,85
3 - lat pull downs 85,90,95
3 - t bar rows 50,55,60
Wednesday - Shoulders
3 - arnold press 35,35,35
3 - laterals 15,15,15
3 - front raises 10,10,10
Thursday - Biceps & Triceps
3 - nautilus curl machine 20,25,30
3 - ez curls cable 30,35,40
3 - hammer curls 15,20,25
3 - push downs 50,55,60
Friday
Treadmill 45 minutes 65-75% MHR/ 20 mins every morning on empty stomach
Sat/Sun off

as for the diet i think it was about 1,600 - 2,000 kcals very high protein , low carb diet , with some good fats e.g salmon , nuts

i just wanted to know people's views on this routine before i think about trying it .

Looks kinda bland; and no leg workout? Are those his lifts on the right hand side? In KGs, right? There was some speculation, particularly when he was doing Troy, that he was using AAS. Now whether you believe that is another thing - certainly his physique could be attained naturally. But I secretly entertain the idea of Brad using Primo/Winny/Var.....sh*t, he must be on some kind of drug to drop Jennifer Aniston for the ugly tramp Jolie!

yeah thats right thats his weights in kg's that he was lifting , i thought the same no legs???? but then again if you look at his legs you can see he doesnt train them lol i guess his legs wouldnt recover doing all that cardio , i agree looking at him in troy i would say he had done at least one cycle of something .

danielk it is good that you have a plan but without the specifics of his diet you are really onto a non starter also just because Brad built a physique like he did with this routine does not mean you will even if you stick to it word for word.
i am sure Brad's trainer changed things from time to time something you won't have the benefit of.

the best approach is to fit a leg workout in there and design a diet for your self fixed on the amount of Cals you burn each day then deduct 500cals per day this way you should lose 1lb of fat a week(maybe more depends on genetics...etc) increase your protein and this should help harden up the muscles..

yeah i agree tthat is true but its nice to see a routine that someone has followed and you can see the results they have achieved i personally dont really like the workout the basis of is good but im not sure of some of the excersises , if anything i posted the workout as i hear alot of brad pitt in fight club in this forum , thought it would answer alot of peoples questions ,

yeh i know what you mean Timmy. I like wearing my red leather jacket to brothals too.

He used winstrol in the film troy I beleive.

About trying to get a physique like brad pitt........its not like his physique is rare is it. There are thousands and thousands of guys out there that have a physique like that. His routine is nothing special at all aswell...........its just a routine.

Do what works for you and go from there. If you were to train hard and be dedicated you could achieve a body like his in a year or 2 depending on what you look like now. You could also do a nice little cycle of maybe test and/or deca and use winstrol at the end.
