![]() | T3 hi guys i have heard so much about t3 that its excellent for losing weight i understand its a thyroid hormone and the dosage must be pyramided up and down is t3 better than clenbuterol. i am looking to loose alot of excess body fat especially on my stomach as i cant see my abs. should i use either clen or t3 i will incorporate the usage with a cardio routine to. my diet is very good i dont eat saturated fat only good fats but in small quantities. my daily calorie intake is about 1200 cals perday. i dont drink, any advice on losing excess bf guys any advice woild be apprciated. |

I would always go with Clen over T3 as you can damage your Thyroid permanently if you get the dosing wrong with T3

Not only that you will pick up some weight when you go back to eating again. Belly fat is probably caused from insulin and this is your responce from spiked blood sugars. Saturated fats are all not that bad mate, you have to have some in your diet. Not only that fat supresses insulin. I bet as you say your diet is spot on, needs work. Post up your diet, lets have a look at it.
