![]() | wanna lose a little body fat Little advice please guys. I'm shortly going to be starting my 5 th cycle. I'm 5"10 and 14 stone 4. What i am aiming to do is hopefully keep piling on the beef but i would also like to get my body fat percentage down a little. I am currently running 14 but would like to aim for 10. What is the best way for me to do this. I'll be honest i hardly do much cv, in a way it worries me as i would hate to lose the bulk that i have gained yet i know i should be training my heart/lungs a little. How do i do this guys without losing my gains ??? |

![]() | But where's the fine line. Surely i need to keep my food intake high to keep piling on weight. Ok i understand what you mean about eating clean, should i be limiting my overall fat intake and if so what too. |

![]() | 7 am - Whey protein (mixed with skimmed milk) 40 g protein 7.20 am- scrammbled eggs x3, 2 slices of wholemeal bread. OR porridge oats(then usually a banana on my way to work in the car) 10.30 - jacket potato / tin of tuna (salad) or sometimes tin of tuna in a butty with low fat mayo 12.30- (just before workout )whey protein. 2 chicken breasts / rice or pasta 2.15- (after workout) protein shake (mixed with water) 2 hard boiled eggs. Either chicken or tuna (maybe with pasta) 5.00- pretty much anything that the wife has cooked for tea but she understands that i try not to each too much crap. Maybe fish with vegetables and chips, but obviously this meal varies quite a lot. 8.00- this time on an evening i usually eat cereal. Porridge oats or something on them lines. TELL ME WHAT I'M DOING WRONG GUYS. JUST WOULDNT MIND SHIFTING A LITTLE BODY FAT. I AM BY NO MEANS FAT (14 % )BUT WOULD FEEL BETTER IF I COULD TIGHTEN UP A LITTLE. |

![]() | Im no expert but the meal at 8pm when you eat ceral or oats might be a bad move, you want to stay away from high carbs at that time of the day and some cerals have high sugars aswell as the milk has sugars, try stay away from high carbs and sugars after 4 or 5pm imo. So maybe swap a meal round have the ceral and oats earlier in the day for energy working and training etc then keep protein higher in evening to repair your muscles. HTH James |
