im on a d-bol only cycle atm

meal 1

fruit(not sure if i shud be eating this straight away in the morning)

meal 2
beans + 4 poached eggs + 2 wholemeal slices of toast

meal 3
4 boiled eggs + fruit

meal 4
250g chicken breast

meal 5
(a protien shake straight after training)

meal 6

(each fruit is just one portion like a banana)

as i said im just looking at gaining muscle for now, somedays i eat a potatoe or something, but trying to keep carbs as low as possible

well i certainly don't think you are eating enough protein you weigh 238lbs but are only taking in Approx 230g of protein (should be 1.5g per lb) this amount is based on the shakes being 40g of protein...

so the first thing is to increase the protein the 2nd would be to increase the amounts of veg in your diet.
and i would also increase your good fat count try this one:

meal 1
75goats + 2 scoops protien shake
fruit(best time to eat fruit is in the morning to replenish liver glycogen)

meal 2
MRP drink plus 1tbsp of UDO's

meal 3
200g chicken salad
150g brown rice

meal 4
Same as meal 2

meal 5
40g liquid carbs + 60g protein drink within 30min of training

meal 6
250g salmon or lean steak + veg

Meal 7
2 scoops whey +1 tbsp Udo's Oil

give this a try mate i am not sure of your restriction with eating hence why i have placed 2 MRP drinks in.

Liquid carbs= are either powdered carbs that you mix with water or a carb bottled drink.

Udo's Oil= is a blend of oils that gives you the correct breakdowns of EFA's Holland and Barret do a similar product which is good and cheaper

dont want to hijack the thread - but can I ask you a quick question.

For my post workout drink I find that carb drinks make me feel sick so I blend up some bananas in my protien shake - will this work as good to replenish glycogen?

not really mate as after training you need simple sugars and bananas are not the best source of simple sugers.
don't get me wrong they better than nothing but you can try using a protein shake with a banana and some honey
