mrmuscle Banned Join Date: Apr 2005 Posts: 51	help with losing weight i am looking for some help and advice on losing some excess pounds and toning up as i am getting married. i was on the pill injection last year and put on just over two stone and have had problems shifting it. please help me. (sorry im actually using my boyfriends login)
