![]() | Your thoughts on my diet Please comment on my diet My goal is to maintain muscle and reduce fat Stats Age 41 Weight 100kg (220lb) BF% 17% (want to get to 12%) I have a sit down job on a computer also 7.00 2 Wheat-a-bix with 100ml of milk Cup of Tea Protein Whey 30g in 300ml milk 12.30 Tuna 140g on 2 slices of bread 3.00 Whey shake 30g in 300ml milk 6.00 PWO Whey 60g with water and milk 200ml 8.00 Chicken breast( skinless 200g) Potatoes(boiled with peel) 150g Beans (Heinz) 150g 10.00 Whey shake 30g in 300ml milk Plus about 2L of water each day Training 3 weight sessions Tues, Thurs & Sat. Cardio 45-60 mins on Monday, Wednesdays. Rest Fridays & Sundays

You need to swap out the whey shakes (apart from the PWO one) with real food or slower releasing shakes. Also since you're cutting, you might want to reduce the milk and drop the potatos when your progress stalls.

![]() | Thanks guys. ps I use the milkwith my shakes cos I read somewhere that that slows down the absobtion rate of the protien and it makes it taste better ![]()
