Im thinking of dieting, and was gonna do the atkins diet, i was wondering if you can still gain whilst on this, as long as the high protien intake is there i cant see why not?

to build muscle you do need some carbs although you don't need as much as most think.
you can gain on a high protein/moderate fat/low carb diet...

Atkins is not designed to gain muscle it is purely a weight loss process.
