cutting diet

hi my goal is to keep my muscle but get ripped , im doing 4/5 cardio days and 2 weight days on the weight days im bulking but eating clean . could you make me up a high protein , low card , no fat diet , i weight 75 kg , 6ft , around 14% bf. i do 20 mins cardio in morning and 30 mins at night , i looking at 6 meals a day .
these are the foods i always have oats , alpen, fruit, chicken fillets, prawns , tuna, chicken roll, turkey , whey pro powder, sliced beef, eggs , salad and veg , pasta, cheers

getting ripped is an unrealistic goal to keep for any leangthly period unless you are very lean in the first place

never eat 0% fat

fat is important

ask hacks, pscarb or cookie about fats
