Question my new diet, but will it work

im trying to cut my bf down in a big way... my diet for my first 6 months training has been everywhere, but now im trying to get ontop of it with drinking alot of my protien through ther day i eat eggs beans for breakfast then i will just be eating steaks fisk and chicken thats it, with veg and alot of fruit with this work and what am i doin wrong here ?

macros?

i eat like this

7:00am - crunchie nut clusters (cant eat anything else)

9:00-10am - poached eggs and beans

12pm - protien shake

3:00pm -grilled steak

5:00pm - a fish (salmon or haddock)

8:00pm meat (depenmding on what we are cooking in work)


im just trying to get my bf down whilst training

when u have ur steak/fish what do u have wiht them?

man scrap the crunchie nut clusters..get some oats..nice slow burning carbs

put some eggs in the shake at midday to slow down absorbtion

ok how many eggs? and shud i drink protien twice a day..... and oats are not porrige are they? like u ass milk and stick in microwave lol?????? soz dodge question i know but ppl say natural oats n i dont know what they mean like
when i have steak and fish i eat them alone, unless its the one at 8:00pm i will have veg like cabbage and carrots

well i have abou 3-5 eggs in myy shakes normally 3 wiht my oats in my brekkie and 3-5 with my next meal wiht 100g wholewheat pasta b4 training

unless you intend to slightly warm up the eggs before you drink then i would not bother to much of a health risk imo..

i do agree with DB on the crunchy nuts though these are crap when you say this is all i can eat does that mean that you cannot physically eat anything else or that you have nothing else to eat??

Macro's are protein/carbs/fat and cal values of the foods you eat.

you are not eating enough veg in the diet above nor are you eating enough fats with this diet you must be drained as you have very limited carbs in there.

i do feel a lil drained every now n then, but taking out carbs will help lose bf wont it ? i cant eat any other cereal in the morning i dont kno why i just feel sick afterwards i can only stomach crunchy nut lol

if you cant eat anything deano then put some oats (yes porridge is oats) in a protein shake and drink that.

Deano you are correct about the low carbs and losing fat BUT!! you must replace the carbs with good fats so your energy does not wain when you are in the gym.
