nutrition values

Hi,


Can anyone help me with the following :

- whole egg = ? g protein
- egg white = ? g protein
- rib eye steak , how many g of protein per g of meat (un cooked)
- chicken breasts , how many g of protein per g of meat
- potatoes how many g carbs per g of cooked potatoe
- sweet potatoe , same as above

I know i should buy a nutrition book, but if anyone can help it would be appreciated
