![]() ![]() | Finding it extremely difficult to lose belly Hey there, I've always had great difficulty losing weight and I just recently started a new diet. I was wondering if somebody could check over my diet. 9am - Porridge oats 11am - snack of fruit or perhaps cashew nuts 1 or 2 pm - 2 turkey or extra lean chicken slices on wholemeal bread with lettuce, tomato and a little extra low fat mayonnaise 6pm - either chicken breast on brown rice, or extra lean mince done in a bolognese style with pitta bread and lettuce *perhaps* with freezer veg. I usually use 500g of mince, and this will make 2 servings, one one night, one the next 8 or 9pm - snack smoothie - milk, lowfat yoghurt, oats, 2 teaspoons whey powder and no added sugar natural peanut butter This is about typical I would say. Also have any of you read the abs diet by David Zinczenko? This is where I got the inspiration for this diet. What are your opinions? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | my opinion is that it would'nt be that effective for losing the fat. their is not enough Protein hardly any good fats and too many carbs in the evening using your diet this would be a better option. 9am - Porridge oats + 2 scoops protein powder 11am - MRP drink 1 or 2 pm - Change this for chicken/turkey breast salad-Add olive oil to salad 4.00pm-MRP drink 6pm - Chicken breast and 50g brown rice or Mince meat and 50g Brown rice, add olive oil to the brown rice 8 or 9pm - snack smoothie - milk, lowfat yoghurt, oats, 2 teaspoons whey powder and no added sugar natural peanut butter--change to 2 scoops protein powder and 2 tbsp of peanut butter i don't know your stats but the general rule of thumb is 1-1.5g of protein per lb of weight..

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | the best tating MRP's in my opinion are Pro-MR and the Labrada Breakfast shakes. in a cutting diet you run the risk of losing muscle by upping protein slightly you should manage to hold on to the majority but as a BB you should be eating at least 1g per lb any way. it also helps with toning the muscle.
