![]() | knee pain I have recently started getting a pain just above my knee cap. Most of the time its discomfort but sometimes its pain. I feel it more after my workout as opposed to during. I first noticed this when I was doing lunges and step-ups when my leg was bent at 90 degrees and I was putting weight on it. However doing squats and deadlifts and stiff legged deadlift it seems ok. Went to the doc who said it was tendonitis and told me to stop working my legs and it would go. But he said if I start training my leg it would return. Is there any exercises or stretching I can do so that it does not return? Any one else had this and if so what was the recovery time, as I hate not training legs? Thanks in advance |
