| if you don't fancy me you must be a salad muncher | calves - urgent remedy needed right on monday i overdid the skipping and forgot i was overweight then when i got up on tuesday morning i couldnt walk as they were tight i have rested them as much as i can (only trained shoulders and ducking legs tonight) but i am still struggling to walk, upstairs is possible downstairs is a nightmare even today (thursday) i am not off my day job but i can sit in the office and rest however im supposed to be on the doors tomorrow night and cant work in my current state and would rather not sack the night off for a ****ty excuse like puleld calves any suggestions (apart from RICE)?
