cramp

after deadlifts or leg press i get real bad cramping pains in my quads
ive treid loads ive warmed up on a bike proir and done two sets of warmups and i still get cramp after deads and leg press anyone got any advice cheers

One remedy for cramps is to take salt. Another is to drink tonic water, this contains quinine which is goos for cramps.

Re: cramp

Make sure you are well hydrated.. dehydration often causes cramp in major muscle groups.
