![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Trigger Point Therapy Ok guys Have an acute inflammation of my posterior tibial tendon from lots of running with sh*tty technique. My podiatrist has explained to me how this occurred and we have developed a program to prevent this b!tch ever compromising my training again, however i cant just sit on my ass and wait six weeks for it to heal, so im doing all i can to accelerate recovery. Was wondering if anyone has had any experience with Trigger point therapy, or myotherapy (I first heard about this in Stuart McRobert's Beyond Brawn) Are there any practitioners you know off or has anyone used these techniques on themselves as part of a recovery program? Seriously thinking of giving it a go - it's bound to be worth the price of a book explaining how to do it. Any thoughts?
