I say just keep them and see the progress As for your comment getting there, looks you aint getting no where fast especially with comments like that!!!!!:crazy: |

| Super Moderator | Re: Straight Leg Deadlifts That's because he isn't doing it correctly. The link ah24 posted up is pretty damn close. IMO he's still coming a bit far down as he's not pushing his glutes/hips back quite far enough - and his legs are slightly too far bent. But it's probably the closest example you will see from a video on the internet.

| Lean Mean Training Machine | Re: Straight Leg Deadlifts right i did these how you said. Now the feeling i got was. Back - little ache which i think is normal Hamstrings - never burned but felt really tired. Now weighjt wise i used 50Kg dumbells. Does this sound right.
