Knee problem

Hi guys

Bit of a strange one...... the last week for some reason in my sleep i have been stretching my legs so they lockout and crack as i do it i wakeup. Now they hurt abit when i walk and crack sometimes esspecially if i sit down and straighten my legs out and back down.

Any ideas of what i should do or whether its just something that will go in a few days etc

Cheers
