Hi Guys,

Ive got pains in both needs and i think my joints are weak. Over the weekend im gonna purchase some glucosamine and some knee supports.

Does anyone know where i can go and buy some knee supports from?

I dont think you'll get a huge amount of support out of something that you can use all day, every day, but Argos do normal Nike supports.

When i do legs i use knee straps. I will go to argos and get some nike's cheers mate.

yeah i got some from argos when i used to do rugby, they help alot
