![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Slight knee pain/niggle For the past few weeks ive had a dull ache in both knees, its not painful as such, just a dull uncomfortable ache. It only really becomes that way while in the squatting positition, as you squat down i mean. Its only really come about since i started pushing harder with squats, and it does go away a little once i have done 10 mins cardio warmup. I know all of this is very vague, but any ideas anyone?

Could it happen that quick ?
