Re: knee problem help

possibly a pull of the MTJ of one of the quad muscle (MTJ = muscle tendon joint) could also be a patella tendon strain with associated muscle damage

rest, ice and elevation is best in first few days then mix of ice and heat then a few days of applying heat...........

Re: knee problem help

As Samurai says, rest & ice. you may have momentarily subluxed your patellar tendon from the groove it tracks in. If there's any swelling or inflammation after 24hrs, get to a physio or an injury therapist. Do NOT train legs today. A missed workout is far better than six weeks out after aggravating a minor tweak.
