Sure, folklore medicine is Comfrey tea, known as a bone knitter.
Your ankle better be in the right place before you start that one.

I was going to say you can do upper body.

I would also ask the consultant to put you onto a physiotherapist like NOW, so you may not get as much wasting of your quads and hams.

There might be something that will not mess with your lower legs you can still do for legs.

There is the issue of fluid collection though! Good old oedema!

God I have broken, erm, 3 bones now, two of them were together.

I did take in more calcium, mostly in the form of sesame seeds and tahini, tofu and brocolli.

I would whack up all your minerals, as I am pretty sure that copper, magnesium and zinc are all cofactors in some of the reactions that make bones, tendons and cartiledge.

LOL yeah dude but it wernt my fault some muppet pulled infront of me i was only doing 30-ish lol

just landed on a curb :boohoo: yes it hurt u penis! lol

the worst bit was when i got to the hospital the surgeon that was the best at compound fractures wasnt in till the next day...

so they had the straighten the bones so the blood could flow to my hand.. that was a new definition of pain mate!!

put up with it for about 10 secs then passed out mate... i have never experienced anythin like it.. could never dream anything would be that painfull
:(
