  | Upper inner thigh pain.... Ever since I done legs on Tuesday it's killing when I'm walking, especially in this heat as the sweat doesn't help because my legs are constantly rubbing together, anyone else have this problem???? What do you use, certain cream or something???? |

| ^^^^ same here, but the talc can cake up. you can get some emulsified cream from boots in a big 1kg tub, its like vaseline in the way it works, but its water based so its not greasy
