![]() | Cramps Is it just me or is the hot weather causing cramps? I have been suffering for the past 2 weeks massive cramps in the body part that has been trained that day. I'm drinking more water than usual th has anyone got any suggestions to help relieve these cramps? apart from the obvious thats to stop training!!!!!!:boohoo:

My calves get extremely bad cramp but the rest of me is all good! probably because they're bitch calves lol
