Left knee pain

Trained legs on thursday and had a slight uncomfortable feeling in my left knee during last set of squats. I wouldn't say it was pain as such. However, today when I knelt down on the floor it was really painful. It's not painful to walk at all but when I try to stretch my leg (standing up holding ankle behind you) or when I kneel down on the floor it is painful.
:boohoo:

Any clues on what I may have done ?

I am supposed to train legs again monday morning.
