I wont say that you are deffinately suffering from this but they thing about the car made me think of somthing called PFPS - check out http://www.uk-muscle.co.uk/showthrea...highlight=PFPS

I found that when I used a wider stance, with my toes pointed further out and started to use knee wraps my knees got MUCH better - also it may be worth getting orthotic insoles, as you may find that your feet are causing the knee to move in the wrong plane slightly...

i think its a noisy knee with pain, i think its driving that brings it on, as soon as i get out the car and walk around it go's....

im thinkin of buying a knee support of some kind to see if this helps while driving and on friday leg days start on a nice easy weight and slowly get back into it....

thanks again damaged your post was very helpful

Get an automatic car maybe? Bit drastic but always an option
