I have in the past mate - at the time the gym owner said I had hurt a ligament in the knee. Only way around it was to to train light so not to aggrivate it - time will heal it. Just lay off the heavy stuff for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. He told me to take calcium supps.

Tahir, when you squat, make sure you dont bounce when you get right down cuz this will put extra stress on your knee's.

Glucosamine is always good for joints.

and dont wear wraps. wraps will allow you to go very heavy-heavier than you could if you didnt use them. do what your body allows but no more and you will reduce the chance of serious injury.

Yes im inclined to agree with this, I used to wear wraps and they give a faulse sense of sercurity, without wraps you have to deliberately slow down at the bottom before reversing , bouncing just aint an option..

Have a few weeks off the squats anyway mate!! When I had the same problem I had to do very high rep sets on the leg press with 230k, going very deep as well. Actually responded well from that, a change is as good as a rest
