![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | knee problem hey guys i was wondering if u cud help me out, for the past 2 weeks i have been having these really bad pains whilst training legs, how can i describe, just above my knee cap, it really hurts wen i go right down to squat has ne1 experienced this? is there any supps i can take for it 2 get better? thanx <!-- / message --> |

Only way around it was to to train light so not to aggrivate it - time will heal it. Just lay off the heavy stuff for a couple of weeks and see how you feel. He told me to take calcium supps. |

| straight talker | and dont wear wraps. wraps will allow you to go very heavy-heavier than you could if you didnt use them. do what your body allows but no more and you will reduce the chance of serious injury.

Have a few weeks off the squats anyway mate!! When I had the same problem I had to do very high rep sets on the leg press with 230k, going very deep as well. Actually responded well from that, a change is as good as a rest ![]()
