Hello everybody.......I was hoping that somebody here - as you all have delicious bodies - can help me. I have had both my hips replaced and have been told that my gluteus minius (hope thats right spelling) are weak and I have to strengthen them. I do go to physio everyweek but I really cant feel any benefit from their exercises. I am a pretty fit person on the whole and dont mind exercising at all, so please somebody give me a few ideas cos I am getting sick of walking with a blooming limp or using a stick..................far too young lol for all that nonsense. HELP.
