broken bones and gh?

just recentl broken my humerus bone and was days away from beggining diet for port talbot show in sept! gutted to say the very least!!!

What id like to know is should i continue taking thre gh even tho i wont be training for atleast 12 weeks? will it help bone growth in a good way and also keep me in fairl reasonable shape till im back training??

any input would be great espicially from those who suffered similar injury how has your training been since and did you lose much symettry?

by the way its right arm broken spiral fracturre between middle of arm down towards elbow! might need surgery if bone fails to stay aligned

I would keep taking everything myself, and did everytime I broke my hand, yours is more severe for sure, but it will stop you losing as much, and may help the bone heal.

I'm sure I remember reading that Cissus has been shown to speed up fractures too, worth a google serch.

nice 1 just ordered some im gonna run 2iu per day everyday i think of gh also supplementing with calcium zinc and d2 plus\cissus when it arrives cheers

Hell yah keep taking it.
Hey mate, check this out, comfrey is known as a bone knitter from folklore herbal preperations.
They outlawed it here in the states for some reason.
Go get some comfrey tea and either take it in extract form or in capsule.
Good stuff.
Also take a multi-mineral formula supplement.
