DOMS

This may have been asked before. I'm not sure and couldn't find a thread on it but is delayed onset muscle soreness a sign of overtraining?

NO mate, its just a build up Lactic Acid in the muscle because you have worked it hard. Sometine i get DOMS sometimes i dont.

DOMS in legs are the worst, especially when you wake up the next day and its an effort to move them lol
