lower back pains?

basically there will probably be a better explanation or idea of what to do if your lower back aches after exercises such as squats, deads, etc

but after every weight session i hang fully from a chin up bar for a few seconds and just relax, it kind of stretches the back out a bit
i have found that it helps a lot, and i do it even after sessions where the back isnt a problem (eg chest and tricep day)

give it a go if you get aches
