| 5 and half stone down, 4 and a half more to go! | Cramps - Ouch! Any idea how I can stop these? Was doing MMA training during the week and it happened when I was hooking some guy - painful as hell. Also I was going to do my leg work out today and got a cracker in my right leg while just standing in my house - not working out legs as worries it will kick in while doing squats :/ Thanks ![]() |

Yeah, magnesium, potassium, iodine-salt, are good minaral apport to help on cramps. banana, contain a good source of potassium, kiwi too if not more. if you can, take dextrose just after training, it can't make miracle but it not bad. anyway you can make your self your personnal gatorade |
