Have abourt3-5g pre bed and you'll sleep like a baby.

I noticed some nice strength gains and was able to blast out a few more reps too, decent stuff, underated.

Re: Cramps - Ouch!

The vitamin B complex is also important for proper electrical signals in the muscles and reducing cramps.

Re: Cramps - Ouch!

Hmm i only get cramp when ive been sleeping , like when i strech while in my bed my calves always go into cramp, and if i've been on the **** up i get woken up with cramp that is agony >.< sore enough to bring me to tears :/ then after wards when i try walking its like the muscle was torn in half >.< Cant remember who it was but was told it may be down to low sugar in my blood?
I've said to the GP bout it and he was just a w@nk " stop drinking then?" -.-'
But the only places i used to get it was my calves now anywhere tbh :( Not had it during a workout or anything but its a pain none the less :/

Re: Cramps - Ouch!

I always get cramps in calves when I'm in bed, so fu****g irritating, so started taking tissue salts. They're by New Era, sold at Holland & B and it's a biochemical combination P tissue salts, let 5 dissolve under your tongue and it's stops :O)
