Sore back

This is a long shot,

but every time i breath in or out, the top left of my back/lat hurts like hell.

It only started today, and i wasn't even training, just slow cardio.

I'm guessing its my lungs or something but it hurts at my back, its really annoying, i doubt it will prohibit me from training but its aggravating.

If anyone has an idea what it could be , and yes i know its a long shot but a suggestion would be cool.

Re: Sore back

I would guess probably a muscle strain or the onset of a chest infection

Re: Sore back

When was the last time you trained back? A few years ago I tweaked something in my upper/outer back during a lats session and, like you, it was sore when I breathed; but only for a few days.

Re: Sore back

It was probably a muscle strain if you felt it in your lats.

If it happens again and won't go away, try seeing a good sports massage therapist.
