arm trouble

had a month or so off gym due to a opp in hospital i had. went bck on monday had a really good session without no trouble or so i thought.
then next day couldn't straighten my right arm out fully got a lot of pain in bicep and forearm even standing normal my arm has a bend in it. got home from work yesterday took pain killers and used deep heat went to gym to do chest and calves it was fine while i was training as soon as i left gym it was bck and today it's worse any ideas and would it be safe to traibn tomorrow thanks alot for any help

It might help if we know what the op was, i take it that it wasn't a knob job though

lol nah mate they wont do that on nhs lmao. was a hernia but didnt get it from lifting nothing to do with arms lol cheers mate
