Nervous flicks???

Seem to be getting nervous flicks on my left eyelid and my fingers on my lefthand now and again...Is this nerve damage or diet related?...What is the best way to solve this?

Re: Nervous flicks???

You mean like twitches? I get these from time to time. Not much you can do about them I think, they're an involuntary nervous system reaction.

Re: Nervous flicks???

Dehydration? Very unlikely to be nerve damage. Are you particularly stressed at the mo?

Re: Nervous flicks???

Not hugely stressed I do have a 2 hour commute each way every day though. But that is interesting about the water as I don't manage to take in as much as I should really.

Re: Nervous flicks???

Not a clue what it is, but since using CNP's vitamin and mineral supplement - no weird twitches for me.

Re: Nervous flicks???

My left eye lid twiches when I'm really tired.

As genan said, stress or tiredness.
