Re: Hernia

Also, I've been off work since friday, been home since yesterday, and I'm bored already. i can't face another 6 weeks like this.
I'm not even allowed to drive for 2 weeks. This dizziness is ridiculous. the painkillers have had me hallucinating. The words on the sky guide were dancing around to the background music earlier. The wife asked why i was sitting there for 30 mins staring at the tv guide screen....whooo

Re: Hernia

It's been a week since the op, and I thought the pain was getting better, until today, I can hardly move, and am in constant agony...It feels like someones been jumping on my stomach for 2 days. I cannot breath out fully, cannot walk upright, getting really p1ssed off with this now..

Re: Hernia

Well an update.
Started back training monday and back at work monday also. I have never been so tired or ached so much.
I have been struggling to go heavy however the doms I have been getting on every bp I train is horrendous.
Still only arms to go this week and hopefully the worst will be over. I've put a bit of fat on as I ate like a non bber while I was off and it was fun
But I'm paying for it now, having to up the CV to 45 mins per day to combat the lard.
I can see my shape changin in less than a week though so I'm quite pleased deep down

Sorry Robsta would have wished you well sooner.

you'll be back on your feet soon enough and tearing small children's heads off and raping lions without much problems.

Get well mate.
