pins and needles - UK-Muscle Body Building Community

hi guys
did a good bicep work out the other day. since i have had pins and needles in my thumb and the next 2 fingers! starts when i have a slight click in my elbow then the pins and needles start for a few seconds.
any ideas?

You could have pulled a nerve. I had a similar thingin my left arm a month or so ago. Random pins and needles, cleared up about 3 or 4 days
