the only thing that willl change bro are the stupid poundages i used to do ie 6 x 20kg plates each side , not that it was heavy i used to nock out 15 + plus reps with them , being 5ft 2 " is perfect for power squatting , lucky for me tthe same day i did the accident i german sports surgeon landed at west cumberland hosptle and was rubbing his hands when he herd a b/builder had tore both his quads off and couldnt get down to a+e fast enough, lol the rest is history , all i have to say to all out there is NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS, WHAT EVER GET THREW AT YOU , PEACE . CHEM

Can only repeat what everyone else has said AWSOME true grit and determination. Your avator pic is something else mate as an under 80kg I would love to achieve a physique like that. Keep up the good work Chem.
