Re: what a difference a year makes

I'll try & scoot over to the evening show at Leeds if we have finished packing (flying out to Italy on tuesday at daft o'clock). Thanks for the kind words too. You were one of the guys who's physique I aspired to when I started competing & one day I'll get there! Glad to see you recovered from the injury so well, that must have been a real test of your determination.

You seemed perfectly normal at Pendle, not 'diety' at all but I'll be sure to catch up with you if I can make it to Leeds.

Oooh, they're gonna hurt tomorrow! Take your time increasing the weight, they'll grow with minimal stimulation as it's a new stimulus for them. Try not to get them too much bigger than mine if you can though, although they probably already are!

Re: what a difference a year makes

Awesome recovery Chem.

Heard about your incident from various parties when I was living in Cumbria. Glad to hear you're back at it again

Getting under that bar again must be a hell of a rush.

Good luck getting back to 100% and beyond.

Phil

wow, great determination to get back into the gym.

do you have any element of doubt in your head when you train legs now?
will it change how you train?
