tendence problem

hi, my uncle was tranning his shoulder and he damegd his nevervs in his tendence and and he took year off and since then hes been on and off beuase the pain keeps comeing back

hes also been g.p even privte docters and they cant seem to help they just recomnd massages and that sort of thing has any one got any adives pleses?
