Sucks 2 Be Me!

well as you might know i was in hospital for 3 weeks recently and i went to A&E with a LOT of pain in my left leg from the knee down and very bad breathing problems,so they didnt know what the **** it was they scheduled me for a scan the next day.

i go along the next day. the scan takes 10 mins, it's weird being goo'd up with cold gel and having the thing there, the women got uncomfortably close to grabbing my balls? whats with that? i said BELOW THE KNEE. anyway she let me look at the images of the blood vessels in my leg on the screen.saw some big ass black gap and another smaller one.

turns out i have at LEAST 2 dvt's (deep vein thrombosis) dangerous blood clots. (no not bludclats ) a possibility of one in my lungs causing my breathing problems and i keep gettin this pain in the back of my head so possibly one in my brain , yeah im a lucky guy.

so after that they say they need someone to set a dosage,last time it was set at 10mg warfarin, i am in A&E for SIX HOURS STRAIGHT, i sign myself out, tell em i'll live to fight another day,they didnt like that but **** em SIX HOURS? it takes 5 mins of their time! so we called the dvt clinic and they set me on 10mg , took 5 mins like i said.

so i have injections and various amounts of warfarin plus other drugs every day, so things are getting better, but i am under strict orders not to enter the gym for anything more than sauna and jacuzzi. i have injections every day too.going up a stairs has me sitting down for 10 minutes+

my psychiatrist is very happy with my process and ive cut my drugs down to just the ones im prescribed plus cigs,weed and alcohol, the latter two infrequently. my dad promised me a 2 week holiday to japan if i went on the princes trust scheme but with my leg i guess i cant.. again, sucks to be me.


any ideas people?

How exactly did you get all those bloody clots though?!

well when you're unconcious in a bad way you dont move so the blood clots jus tend to occur the longer you are plus they didnt give me anything to thin my blood!

Ditch the fags, booze & weed, at least until you're sorted out.

why was you admitted to hospital in the first place? and for 3 weeks gosh!! (apologies if you have already said why before, i know its annoying having to repeat youself)

lol it's okay mate no problem. i was in hospital for a suicide attempt and it was serious cos i actually stopped breathing twice. i couldnt walk for 2 and a half weeks. if you're interested it was a about 20ml of gbl,a lot of vodka and 3g of dnp, they had to keep pouring ice all over me due to the dnp in a&e, i was found by police near a train station.

but hey, things are looking up, i dont have much money but im gettin rid of things i dont need. and cigarettes those are things i need, stress! so im keeping them, but maybe i could ease down on the weed n alcohol perhaps you're right about that.

Do you feel that the weed may have contributed to your state of mind the night you tried to commit suicide, or may have effected your path of thinking leading up the the suicide attempt?

You've got to start looking after yourself.

My ex apparently tried to hang herself again this week. The night I left her she bit a chunk out of my back & was trying to get to the Tot, so I shut her in the bedroom, called the police, checked to see if she was ok & she had blood p1ssing out of her neck & wrist where she'd cut herself. Superficial though as she 'enjoys' life too much & I don't think she has the bottle to do it with any real conviction.

Another time, after I'd left her, she jumped off the extension at the front of my house, but it's only about 9' high. Result was a badly cut head & she (thankfully) buggered off back to the north east. The 'jump' could have resulted in her being paralysed, now that would be hard to deal with (could have happened to you too)

It's amazing what people are capable of.

You're only a kid & you seem to have a brain in there somewhere, don't fcuk yourself up.

gosh, u have had some heavy sh!t to deal with. Its hard for ppl (like my self) who have never been put into a situation, such as this which you descibed, to have any concept what so ever of how traumatic and emotionaly draining it could be. respect to you .

no weed has had nothing to do with it i smoke it maybe bi-weekly maybe 2-3 spliffs 2 chill., i have a severe case of bipolar with psychosis, i see n hear things that aren't actually happening, it's quite difficult to distinguish whats real sometimes. like when i was at hospital i saw bread at the end of the bed n my parents said it wasnt there and the nurse sed it wasnt n i went 2 grab it n got thin air. n my moods jus flip flop about all over the show.

Sorry, dont know much about you or what you run - but do you think its a good idea messing your hormone levels up with gear all the time? Surely that cant help?

Not trying to preach here bro as i think you know, just pretty sure that would help the mood swings? Glad ya over the suicide thing at mo though but good luck with everything else.

do you have Bipolar I, Bipolar II and or cyclothymia? was you dianosed as a child or as an adult?
