Cramping and muscle spasm

I am expierencing debilatating cramping and muscle spasm's in my bicep and my right abdomenal area.
It seems to have just snuck up out of no where for no reason
Can anyone shed some light as to why this would occur.
Im on a good diet.
Perhaps im a little overtrained but this is my 4th day of rest and its getting worse.
Dark
