![]() | Any Ideas Lads- A Pattern Emerging Im feeling seriously hacked off as it looks like ive ballsed up another cycle. This is my fifth cycle over the last two years and on each one, something has gone wrong in week four that has temporarily derailed me This cycle, things have been fantastic for the last two weeks and ive been cracking out pbs like nobodys business.Today, things were going fine with my back session - got to the last set of tbar rows and decided to add 10kg and on the fourth rep, felt something go pop in my lower back. I abandoned the session but 10 hours later im still walking like a giraffe having a drink The thing is, exactly the same thing has happened in week four of all the other cycles (not a back problem especially). The consequence is i go off track and feel im wasting the benefits of the cycle. What do you think? Is this just a coincidence or is there something to this pattern that im missing? |
